Thursday awards at ten pin bowling competition

THURSDAY night’s ten pin bowling competition came to a conclusion, with a presentation night held last week to celebrate the fun and good competition that occurred.

Congratulations went to the premiers, Greypex, who were clear leaders all season and set the benchmark for other teams to follow.

Individual efforts were also recognised on the night.

Shane Service, Changing Lanes, won the best game score with 194, Don Howie, Greypex, followed closely in second place, bowling 193, while team mates Roger Meadows and Justin Crockett both bowled a top score of 192.

Justin Crockett, Greypex, won the best average with 149, followed by team mate Mark Ross – 146, Shane Service, Changing Lanes – 140 and Don Howie, Greypex – 136.
