SERIAL killer Bandali Debs has now been identified as having a possible connection to the unsolved murder of Adele Bailey, whose body was found down a mineshaft in Bonnie Doon in 1995.
The link comes following 'information reports' recently uncovered by the Herald Sun, which are said to detail a 'tip–off' implicating Debs that wasn't followed up on at the time of the initial investigation.
