DESPITE the hardships of COVID and its restrictions on the State, Mansfield has managed to massively duck the trends, seeing a huge uptake in real estate prices.
According to the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (RIEV), the median Mansfield house price has risen 29.3 per cent in just the last 12 months.
The shire also squashes the state price average with the median sale prices locally being $570,000, against a regional median of $443,000.
