A QUARTER of the 80 new Victorian COVID cases late last week were associated with the Shepparton cluster, bringing that outbreak's total to 67.
None of the cluster's 20 new cases were in full quarantine although some were identified as primary close contacts, among the 16,000 people in Shepparton currently self–isolating.
