The Delatite First XI fought back hard against Wangaratta Magpies at the resplendent Lords Reserve on Saturday, losing the game but showing some real ticker.
Resuming on 1/69 chasing just 102, Magpies lost a wicket without adding to their score, with veteran Matt Stevenson removing opener Lachlan Hadden.
