BILL Romans waited more than a year to be officially presented with his Order of Australia Medal, awarded to him in the Australia Day Honors in January 2020.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions Mr Romans’ medal presentation was postponed until recently (February 10) when he visited Government House, Melbourne for a five minute presentation with the Governor of Victoria Linda Dessau.
