A BENALLA teenager has withdrawn his application for bail following an alleged assault linked to the death of a 63-year-old man last month.
The 19-year-old was expected to lodge a bail application at Wangaratta Magistrates Court last week, however, the court heard the application on police charges including intentionally cause injury, recklessly cause injury and affray had been withdrawn.
