TWO Mount Buller based sporting identities are among the finalists for the 2023 Victorian Sports Awards (VSAs), snow boarder Scotty James, and mogul skier Jakara Anthony are aiming to win back-to-back Frank Wilkes and Kitty McEwan Awards respectively.
