On the weekend, the Delatite Under-14s travelled to Mulwala to play the Mulwala Bulls.
It was a tough start with Billy Briggs and Alex Manning opening the batting.
Noah Heaysman made 9 runs before Jack Jacob and Cody Place showed great determination, batting for 50 balls each and keeping the team steady.
When it was our turn to bowl, Alex kicked things off with a brilliant run-out that lifted the team.
Roy Mercieca, Jack Middleton, Cody, and Billy also took wickets to help us finish strong.
